SellersGo has two kinds of analytics. Dashboards answer "what is happening right now". Reports answer "what happened, and can I have it as a spreadsheet". This article maps the question you have to the screen that answers it.
Which screen do I want?
What is happening in the shop right now? — Dashboard → Live Board
How did we do this month? — Dashboard → Management
What is the operational backlog? — Dashboard → Back Office
Which products sell? — Reports → Sales Reports
What is shipping costing us? — Reports → Label Reports
How fast does each person work? — Reports → Performance Reports
How is the team doing today? — Reports → Team Metrics
How is this listing performing? — Reports → Product Analysis
Dashboards
Where: Dashboard → Live Board / Management / Back Office
All three share the same filters — Filter by Date (with shortcuts for Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Month, Last Month), plus Per Marketplace, Per Store and Select Store.
Metrics you will see across them:
Total Sales, AVG Daily Sales, Total Return, Net Profit
Total Order Count, AVG Daily Order Count, New Order Count, Express Order Count, Cancelled Order Count
Order In Action, Waiting Orders
Total Cost, Total Product Count, Inventory Count (With Variations)
Low Stock Products Count and Out of Stock Products Count — thresholds come from Settings → Dashboard Settings
Order History (Last 7 Days), Sales Summary, Best Sellers / Top Selling
Shipment Past Due — orders past the overdue window set in Settings → Shipment Past Due Settings (Overdue Hours). This is the tile to watch if you promise dispatch times.
Live Board is built for a wall screen: it shows Last refresh and has a Refresh Data button, with Instant Store Statistics per store.
Net Profit is only as good as your cost data. It uses the Production Cost on each product. If costs are stale, profit is fiction. See "Products, listings and inventory".
Sales Reports
Where: Reports → Sales Reports
Three views of the same data:
Sales Report By Product — Product Name, Store Name, Quantity, Properties, Unit Price (USD), Total Sales (USD)
Sales Report By SKU — the same, grouped by SKU with Order Count. Only as useful as your SKU discipline — see SKU rules in "Products, listings and inventory"
Sales Report By Store — totals per store, for comparing channels
Filter by date range and Select Store; Reset clears filters. Export with .CSV Export, .XLSX Export or .PDF Export.
Label Reports
Where: Reports → Label Reports
What shipping actually costs you. Label List gives every label with Store Name, Carrier Code, Shipment Method, Service Code, Label Cost (USD) and Creation Time. Labels by Store aggregates to Label Count and Total Label Cost.
Label Trends
The Label Trends tab compares a period against its predecessor, so you can see cost drift rather than just cost. Pick a Report day, then compare:
Selected Day vs Previous Day
Selected Week vs Previous Week, and vs Same Week Last Year
Selected Month vs Previous Month, and vs Same Month Last Year
Previous Year
Each shows Label Count and Label Cost with a direction — Increased, Decreased or No change — compared with the previous period. Trend by Store breaks it down per store. Same-period-last-year is the one that survives seasonality; use it before concluding that costs are rising.
If nothing appears you will see "No label trend data is available for the selected stores."
Performance Reports
Where: Reports → Performance Reports
Per-person throughput, based on workflow transitions. Columns: Staff Name, Store Name, Old State, New State, Order Count, Order Item Count, Order Item Quantity Count and Avg Processing Time (s). Filter with Select User and a date range. Export to .CSV or .XLSX.
Because it is built from status changes, this report is only meaningful when each person has their own login and your workflow stages reflect real steps.
Team Metrics
Where: Reports → Team Metrics
Two tabs. Today — live operations, with daily totals calculated in your account's time zone: Orders Received, Orders Shipped, Active Employees; Employee Activity — per person: Labels Bought, Status Changes, Total Activity; Received Orders and Shipped Orders lists with Order Number, Store, Received At, Shipped At and Processed By.
Historical — trends over time: Total Processed Orders, Average Order Processing Time, Total Orders, Total Orders by Month; Charts: Total Processed Order by Month, Total Processed Order by Employees, Average Order Processing Time by Employees, and the same New to Completed.
Filter by Select Store and All Employees.
Product Analysis Reports
Where: Reports → Product Analysis
AI-powered analysis of a product listing, run asynchronously.
Paste a listing URL into "Paste listing URL (e.g. https://www.etsy.com/listing/…)".
Click Analyze. You will see "Analysis started! The report will be ready shortly."
The report moves through Queued → Running → Completed. The page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds while reports are running, so you can leave it open.
Click View Report when it completes.
Reports may take a few minutes. Cancel stops one that is still running. Delete removes it permanently — "This permanently removes the report and its scraper job and logs. Scraped listing data is kept. This cannot be undone." Analysis History keeps past reports; use Load more to page back.
Returns and Shipping Reports
Reports → Returns Report and Reports → Shipping Report are currently export-focused screens. Filter by date and store, then use .CSV Export, .XLSX Export or .PDF Export to work with the data in a spreadsheet.
Exporting
Most reports offer .CSV Export, .XLSX Export and .PDF Export.
CSV for importing into another system
XLSX for working in Excel with formatting intact
PDF for sending to someone who will not edit it
Exports respect the filters currently applied. Set your date range and store filter before exporting — the most common support question here is why an export "has the wrong data", and the answer is nearly always an active filter. Row counts are shown as "Total Records: {total} ({from} - {to})".
Frequently asked questions
Why are report numbers different from my marketplace dashboard? Time zones and definitions. SellersGo counts orders in your account time zone, and a marketplace may count a sale at a different moment in its lifecycle. Also check your date range and store filter.
Reports are empty. Confirm the date range covers a period with orders, that the right stores are selected, and that data exists for that store. Remember that only orders placed after a store was connected are present.
I can't see a report in the menu. Reports are permission-gated per report. Ask your administrator to check your role.
Can I schedule a report by email? Not currently. Export manually, or ask about it via Support — feature requests from Home → Submit Request are reviewed by the product team.
